Unise’s headquarters was opened in Rio de Janeiro, in December, 2007. Designed with ingenious architecture, modern project, multifunction rooms and state-of-the-art technology, the headquarters’ resources aim to meet one requirement only: the evolution of employees of the Eletrobrás System.

The headquarters area comprises a Conference Hall, a Room for Flexible training and a Production Center, counting on a Recording Studio and a Video Editing Room.

In the Henrique Mello Conference Hall, named in honor to the Eletrobrás engineer who substantially contributed for the development of the System, a bent orientation and a balanced distribution of chairs ensure full visibility of the stage for the audience, formed by up to 76 individuals, including 1 wheelchair user.

The Training Room, with structure to comprise up to 20 people is in fact a multipurpose area, originated due to the presence of a retractable wall. Movable chairs enable multiple layout features for the room, which will be equipped with a multimedia floodlight and big screen, enabling the increasing of participants up to 100 individuals, for events held in the Conference Hall.

The Production Center is the designated area for the preparation of short-length classes and videoconference sessions, for the broadcasting to all companies comprising the Eletrobrás System. Such area will count on a Recording Studio and a Video Editing Room, in which specialized professionals will operate state-of-the-art video equipment.
